How to order on our online catalog:

1.  Input the quantity desired in the empty box.

2.    Hit the "add to order" button. 
The page will reload and in red text and confirm the quantity and item ordered. 

3.  To complete your order or check items in your shopping cart. 
Click on the shopping basket on the navigation bar at the top or bottom of each page.

The shopping basket will then show a list of all items ordered. 
Then simply follow the directions on the page to complete your order or make any changes. After finalizing your order you will immediately receive a confirmation # and a confirmation via email for your records.

Empty Shopping Cart: If you receive an empty shopping cart message when you go to check your basket it may be due to not entering in the quantity desired in the box or the shopping session expired.  Our system only holds products in the basket for 30 minutes of inactivity.

Secure Online Ordering:
When you use your credit card to shop on our online site, rest assured that the transaction is secure. Our servers use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL), is an advanced encryption technology that works with Netscape Navigator (versions 2.0 and above), Microsoft Internet Explorer (version 3.0 and above), and AOL (AOL 3.0 and above). This technology safeguards your personal information and guarantees privacy.


Return Policy:
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the unused item in its original packaging and original condition within 30 days from the date of purchase. No returns or exchanges will be accepted after 30 days from the date of purchase. Returns must be accompanied by the receipt or printed email confirmation and will be refunded in the original method of payment. Shipping charges are not refunded. If you are returning an item, ship your package by insured parcel post, FedEx ground or UPS ground insured following the guidelines on the back of your invoice. CherryBlossomGardens.com is not responsible for returns that are lost or damaged in shipping. Customers are responsible for the return postage. 

Bridge Return Policy:
All bridge prices shown on our site includes our overweight shipping cost of 15%. The shipping cost of 15% which is included in the price of the bridge is not refundable. Purchaser is responsible for return freight. Bridges cannot be returned if assembled, stained or altered in any fashion. Bridges must be returned in original condition and in original packaging within 30 days. Return authorization required. Call for a return authorization number.


Problem with Your Order:

Damaged Items: We take every effort to package your order securely to avoid any breakage during shipping. If an item is received damaged:
1. Save the box, invoice, damaged items and all packaging materials.
2. Email us immediately or call us at 1-952-758-1923. All damage must be reported within 5 business days from the delivery date of the order. Provide your order number, item # and description of the exact description of the damaged item. 
3. We will contact FedEx to file a damage claim and to inspect the package and product.

Defective Merchandise: Every item is inspected before it is shipped. If a flawed item is received, please return it in the original packaging following the return instructions on the back of your invoice and indicate whether you would like a replacement or refund. Please note, that many of our products are hand made and there will be slight variations and slight imperfections.

Error in your order: We take every effort to package your order correctly and each order is inspected twice by two different quality control inspectors prior to shipping. If there is an error in your order, email us and provide your order # and the description of the error in your order. All errors must be reported within 5 business days from the delivery date of the order.

Missing product: We take every effort to package your order correctly and each order is inspected twice by two different quality control inspectors prior to shipping. If an item is missing, please re-check the packaging material, inside other product bags and boxes and under the inside bottom flaps of the cardboard box. Many items we offer are small, flat or the same color as the outer box and can easily be overlooked. If the item is not found, email us and provide your order # and the error in your order. All errors must be reported within 5 business days from the delivery date of the order.


Order Cancellation and Modification Policy:
Our goal is to provide the fastest service possible to our customers. In order to accomplish this, orders are automatically processed immediately after they are received. Thus we cannot cancel or modify your order once your order has been placed either by phone, fax or on our website. When your order is received, you may return the unused item in its original packaging and original condition within 30 days from the date of purchase. Returns must be accompanied by the receipt and will be refunded in the original method of payment. Shipping charges are not refunded.


Refused or Undeliverable Package Policy:
Any package that is refused or undeliverable for any reason will incur both the original shipping charges plus an additional return shipping charge equal to the amount of the original shipping charge. Refused and undeliverable packages are returned to us via the same method in which it was originally shipped. When the package is received back, credit will be given for the purchase price
less original shipping charges and return shipping charges. 


Special Order Policy:
Any product that is special ordered cannot be returned. Special order products is defined as, but is not limited to: any merchandise that a customer orders that is not available in stock or not normally stocked or has been ordered at a customers request. All special orders are subject to pre-payment in full. Pre-payment is non-refundable and non-transferable. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Special order items are non-cancelable and non-returnable. 

Corporate Discounts: We do give a 10% discount off retail plus actual shipping charges on corporate orders over $2000 that order a multiple of one item.

Product Availability: Our online catalog is updated daily to reflect current availability. If an item is not shown on our website or states "Sold Out" it is currently not available. Since all products are imported, exact availability date is unknown. Please bookmark our site and check back frequently. Once the product is back in-stock, the sold out will be taken off and our site will allow you to order. Click here to search our catalog.

Imprinting / Engraving of Products: Sorry we do not do any imprinting or engraving.

Custom Made Products: Sorry we do not make any custom made products. All products we offer are on our website in the color, size and specifications stated.

Looking for a certain product / Can't find a product: To search for a product please use our search function. All products we offer are on our website, if a product is not shown on our website, it has been discontinued or we do not carry it.

Customer Samples: We do not provide free samples, single priced samples or sell portions of bulk items. All items are only available in the quantities shown on our site. 

Multiple Item Discount: Sorry we do not provide discounts on quantity orders. Some of our products are available in "bulk" at a discounted prices. Bulk products are only available at the discounted price in the quantity shown on our site.

Tracking an Existing Order: 
When your order is shipped, we automatically send a FedEx tracking number to the email address you provided us when you placed your order. Please check your email for the email with the header "FedEx Delivery Alert". Within the email you may then go to the fedex website to track your package. 

If you do not have your tracking confirmation and it has been more than 9 business days for ground orders and 4 business days for air orders, reply back to your order confirmation that you received when you placed your order. Leave all information from the email confirmation when you email us.

Ship Time & Rates:
We take great pride in shipping most orders within 2-3 business days. Average FedEx ground transit time by ground is 5-9 business days not including holidays. Premium air ship time is 3-4 business days not including holidays. Our shipping rates are a flat rate shipping based on total dollar order. Our online catalog will show the shipping rate before you make your final purchase.

Granite Items & Bamboo Fences Ship Rates:
All granite and fence orders must be called in or faxed. All granite and fences are only shipped by semi freight. Average ship time is 5-9 business days. Please read and select your freight shipping options and get an exact freight quote. We take pride in offering only quality carved natural granite and natural bamboo fences and offer outstanding customer service.
